1980s gold-tone art deco style watch with mother-of-pearl-look background. Watch face is 2" x 1 5/8". Stretch band 1 1/4" wide. Metal around the face shows some wear. Previously enjoyed. I do not know whether it works; it could be just a cool bracelet. Non-smoking, pet-free location.

How much in circumference does strap stretch to?

@thornwornlorn Hello. Flat and unstretched, the whole piece is 4". Stretched flat measurement is 5".

@thornwornlorn I have added another picture. My wrist is 6 1/4" at the bone. The watch sits curved but unstretched but does not slip.
