samsmom4ever @jsanderson71 sorry the holidays caused delays. I tried to find close to same coat to offer comparison The coat is sorta rubbery not rubber but it gives like a thin rubbery texture also 100% waterproof It is made for layering It is a woman’s small but fits me it’s more of a jr med. Armpit to armpit 19in Top of shoulder seam to cuff 24 in Top collar seam to bottom of coat 29in There is Absolutely NO Flaws on the coat, it is brand new sells retail over 300$ I hope this answer your questions
