Good American Bootcut Jeans "always fits"

These are tagged as a size 6-12, as someone who already owns a pair of Good American 'always fits' jeans 6-12 these fit like their 0-4*. They are beautiful and brand new but not the right size for me. They have a 26" waist with only a little stretch in the waistband (plenty of stretch in the rest of the jeans) with an inseam of 33" *if you look at the reviews of these jeans on Nordstrom you will see tons of confirmation that this particular style cut was mis-sized These did not fit me- so I am reposhing.... NWT.
