Measurements (approximate, taken while garment is laying flat): Inseam - 23 inches Waist - 15 inches Denim is stretchy - 95% cotton, 4% elasterell-p, 1% elastine. Please note, these may have been jeans that were cutoff, when I purchased them they were already cropped.
