LIKE NEW really nice quality black velvet blazer. At holiday time, all these horrible quality black velvets appear that actually make noise when you bend them (not my kind of velvet). This jacket has nice, rich looking velvet. The jacket is nicely cut and black satin piping has been used for detail. There are 3 buttons and 4 pockets but 3 are faux.
