The label says it was made in Indonesia, but I bought it at the tent mall on the beach outside my resort when my luggage was delayed. It has great vacation vibes because the Costa Rican people are lovely. You can also wear it as a skirt with a top.
It can be a small to extra small, but it will fit a medium too if you like it short!

@califmio not sure how you mean "reversible ", I wouldn't turn it inside out to wear. You can tuck the spaghetti straps in and spin it to your desire. But I would say it's "versatile" because you can wear it chest high or as a skirt on your waist.

@califmio The front and back are opposite colors... I guess it does look reversible like that, its 2 different color patterns sewn together
