Goodlad black and white polka dot girls dress size 2T. Made of 100% polyester. Has removable white ribbon tied in a bow in the back but can be tied in the front or replaced with a belt. Has two loops on the side. The back has a zipper. Under has lining and some tulle for volume. Has one small hole on the back lower side, but hardly visible due to the pattern of the dress.
