It is perfect for Spring or Summer events The skirt was sold by Julia's in Aiken ,SC a grand clothing store in town . Size Medium Measurements with ties but also can adjust bigger if needed. Waist 12.5 Hips 17" Length 39" Hem 2.5" Please compare to your size. I believe that the skirt can fit 2 in smaller or larger and still look great. This vintage wrap skirt is in excellent condition. It is starched and has no stains or tears and has an amazing vintage fabric that will last many more years .Perfect for special events ! PS - whoever buys this I want you to love it!
