Gorgeous 1964 Wedding Dress

Beautiful Wedding Gown from 1964 by Keystone, a Kleinert Product. Labeled size 3 but it's very tiny and wouldn't button on my mannequin. Made from 100% cotton and the material is in good condition with no tears or holes that I have found. However there are two spots with stains shown in pictures, but the dress has not been laundered since 1964. It has been in a box, folded in a closet for all these years. There are two small buttons on back missing (also shown in pictures) but those can be easily replaced. And the fabric under the armpit with padding needs to be removed/and or replaced. The stuffing from inside has dried and is coming out. No damage to any of that area though, just the insides of the pads have dried. The dress color is white, but not a bright white.
