Gorgeous 30s revival vintage dress!!!!!!

This piece is Truly one of a kind. Beautiful top is real velvet with beautiful tiny rhinestones. What I mean by 30s revival I’m talking about a time in the 80s when designers were bringing back styles that resemble dresses from the 30s-40s. The top has puffy shoulders the definitely fall into the 80s but sits quite lovely on the shoulders. The skirt portion is good quality silk with a silk belt. Would be a great statement dress that guarantees no one else will have . I would say this xs/sm.
