Gorgeous vintage 80’s stenay black silk sequin elastic waist skirt. Tag says size small but the elastic is stretched out and needs to be replaced. Pleated with alternating panels of sequins. Lined. Measurements are approximately: Waist: 17.5” Length: 25”
