Gorgeous 90s black velvet mini dress

Perfect for a date or night out! This is a vintage 90s black velvet mini dress. Beautiful sparkly floral/vine design in a silver color I'd say. Design does not carry over on back of dress. Tag reads size large could fit a sm/md. 100% polyester. Handwash. Dress is not a thick material. Stretchy. Pictured small dust mark shown in photo on inside of dress. Doesn't show when worn and will probably come out when washed (it's been stored)
