The length is 28". I measured right where the armpit starts for the width, and that was 19.5". This vest doesn't have buttons, so it's hard to pin a certain size on it. I would say with confidence that it would look nice on anyone that wears size M, L, or XL (also considering various bust sizes. I am a L and wear a 36C bra.) I am 5'7" and the length goes to the very top of my thighs.
