Gorgeous Blue Floral Summer Dress

This cloche dress is so light weigh yet drapes beautifully. It has beautiful floral prints. The belt can be tied in the back or wrapped and tied in front. The waist has a princess waist line if you look closely. Has inside pockets on sides. Worn once in great new like condition. Length from shoulder to the bottom is 43 inches. Size is small but fits smaller medium too.
