Hello Ladies, This is such a beautiful and feminine look. I bought this in Lake Tahoe and never got a chance to wear it. ❤️ It has a sheer skirt with a black slip underneath that sets above the knees. Ties around the neck and zips up on the side. Ok if I’m measuring right the waist measurements are 13 across and you’re supposed to double that so 26. I measured under the bust and the bust measures about 26.5. It’s hard to measure flat. Hopefully I did it right. It’s a small. Let me know if that helps
