Gorgeous Chelsea 28 Black Strappy Wrap Top Sz L New

I love this elegant but also sexy spaghetti strap top by Chelsea 28. It is very lightweight and feels like silk but is machine washable. It is a wrap style with functional side buttons. The actual paper tag has come off somewhere in my closet but the extra buttons are still attached. I purchased this at Nordstrom’s but it didn’t fit.
