This dress is a true Kelly Green, and was made by Christopher John Rogers, and sold at Target. It is a size XS however it runs very big. It can fit a size 6 and go up to a size 10, depending on whether or not the person is busty. The dress has high low ruffle details at the hymn, puffy sleeves, and comes with a belt. New with tags, never been worn.
