Gorgeous Cobalt Blue Petite Prom Dress Silver Sequin Detail

This prom dress or evening gown is a gorgeous, silky cobalt blue! Includes lined cups a hidden zipper. Technically, this was not originally a petite dress, but I had it altered to be 56” long. (I am 5’2” and wore this with 3” heels) There are some very small pulls in the fabric (shown in photos) but they are really not noticeable with the pleating of the dress.
