Gorgeous Dress

Brand new! Black ruffle bottom with Ivory top covered in gold specs. The shoulder part is split so you see some shoulder. LOVE this dress just never had a chance to wear it, only tried on when purchased. So figure flattering and so many amazing details. Purchased and tried on but never worn.
