Electric blue formal gown, with crystal/diamond accents. This dress has a keyhole back with the top diamond closure and 4 foot cape train. The body of the dress is mermaid style with the cape/train attaching at the waist. This dress is a size 2 and has been worn in three pageants. It has crinoline under dress to accentuate the mermaid fit. Could use a dry clean but other than that it is in fantastic condition!

@meghanmarks7 has this dress been altered? If so, can alterations be let out? Do you have the length of the dress? (Or the height of the person wearing it and how high the heels were)
