Gorgeous Express royal blue sleeveless top

Very lightweight, portofino silky like material. Leather like trim around neck & sleeves and has a cute zipper detail w/ the leather trim on back of the shirt as well. The black on the front of the shirt is sheer, as is the upper back of it the shirt. Worn once, perfect condition. Looks great w black pencil skirt & boots!
