Gorgeous Fabric Wrapped Cuff with Multi Color Gems

Really unique Cuff wrapped in a Blue floral fabric with rows of multi colored rhinestones on the front. 1 1/2" wide Purchased in a high end local boutique and worn a handful of times. ALWAYS received compliments when worn! It's a great unexpected pop of color with a basic white tee and jeans! EUC!!!
