Gorgeous Flattering Cut Out Blouse with Ruffles

This wine-colored beauty with flowy fabric and ruffles is in pristine condition since it’s too small for me. It’s from one of the nicer brands, called Belle Sky. You can tie a cute bow in the back, looks great with jackets, coats, heels or matching color sneakers:) The fabric is extremely soft, feels like flower petals!
