Gorgeous Floor Length Floral Dress

NWOT! This stunning floor length dress is one of the things I wish fit me better! I got it at a boutique in Seattle, and I cut out the brand tag because it was itchy. I don't remember who designed it. I'm just too short for it, and I don't have the time to get it hemmed. It falls beautifully and is lined so it's not at all sheer. Fits size 4/6. (D2)
