Beautiful pastel floral print with the little Swiss dots. Gathered waist that ties with cute tassels and abalone buttons. Mermaid style with the back longer than the front. This could be worn as a top over some cute jeans as well! This is such a summery gorgeous piece. May need to pin or stitch the very top of the middle of the waist piece. In great used condition !
