Gorgeous Flouncy High-Low Dress

Worn ONLY once for counsins wedding. Basically brand new! W118 High-Low Dress; 100% Polyester; Lining is the same turquoise as the shell and drops to just above or below the knee depending on your height. The sheer shell continues down the back of the legs making it a perfect high-low look. The back has an open ladder-cage until it reaches about midway down the back (just past the shoulder blades/bra strap). Would fit most sizes. The only part that's at all form fitting is the arm holes.
