Gorgeous Full Bell Skirt

This is the most beautiful skirt and perfect for fun & fancy times. No size tag, but I believe I purchased a large from an online boutique. Unfortunately, it fits more like a medium and is a bit too tight when worn at the empire waist (rib cage). See pics for measurements. The color is so pretty and changes based on the lighting. It's most similar to the pictures in the mirror. Never worn and in perfect condition. First photo is just to show styling options...not the actual color or skirt.
