Halter hi-lo maxi by Express in a blue, black, and white triangular striped pattern very pleasing to the eye! It’s a slip-on style, has a plunging deep-v along the backside, is a lightweight, flowing polyester material, and the straps at the shoulders creating the halter style are a thick gold chain that flows through that loop of fabric along the front side but are permanently stitched along the back and thus are not adjustable. Brand new with tags, never been worn, and lying flat measures approximately 17 1/2 inches armpit to armpit, 34 inches from the chain strap at the shoulder to the front hem, and 57 inches to the hem in the back. Is machine washable and tumble dry.
