It is made of solid 18kt rose gold (marked on inside of ring), and weighs 4.40 grams. It’s adorned with a 3.70 carat natural AAAA Marropino Morganite with .40 carat sparkling diamonds in a halo around the Morganite and down the sides and is very well made. It’s currently a size 10. It can be resized by a competent jeweler. It used to have the ILIANA name inside the ring but it was removed when it was sized, however, it will come with all the original paperwork pictured.
