Gorgeous Lace Fit-and-Flare Special Occasion Dress

This dress is very well made. It has a lace shell tailed with ribbon "pinstripes" that are extremely flattering. The stripes pull in at the waist with the belt creating a strong visual hourglass. It has an integrated slip under with solid coverage and allows the lace layer to move beautifully. It has a makeup smudge on inside neckline of slip (pictured). There are no snags in lace but one very faint spot that could maaaybe be a discoloration, or just me being hyper critical 🤷🏼‍♀️. Ribbon belt.
