Gorgeous Lux accordion pleat sleeveless high low

This is the nicest, and the most comfy, sleeveless shirt you will own. High-low unfinished hem is rather long, comes down to hips, and neck fastens with loop and button closure. The royal blue is gorgeous. Looks lovely with a skirt of the same color (like the one in my closet!)
