@vwhite74 I am 5'3'' and I wore this once with flats and once with wedges. Being 5'1" you will probably want to wear wedges or heels unless you get it altered.

@mxmaras I usually wear a 0. I don't feel like this runs small except for maybe around the bust where there is the beading detail. It doesn't have any give. I wear a 32DD bra size and it works for me fine.
