Gorgeous Maxi Skirt

Absolutely stunning! Only worn twice. Blues, white, and black maxi skirt. Top of skirt is meant to be folded over as seen in the last picture. Length from the seam to the bottom is 38". I'm 6'2" and had to wear the skirt very low on my hips to touch the ground. Will be great for any height as it can just be folded again.
