shannonwing @jacksgirl1993 Hi! Of course! The waist is 13 inches laying flat with an safe extra inch in the stretchy waist belt(which I just posted a picture of). It is hand wash warm. Hope this helps!

jacksgirl1993 @shannonwing Shannon, are the hips full, if not, what's that measurement? If I need to adjust the waist a bit, I can move the button right?

shannonwing @jacksgirl1993 the waist measurement that I gave is for above the hips. At the hips is about 22 inches laying flat of fabric(depending on how high up you wear it). It is supposed to be flowy not tight, so there’s extra fabric to ensure that. If it helps, I am a normally a size 4 and it fits comfortably around my hips with room. I totally understand wanting to make sure it fits! Let me know if you need anything else.

shannonwing @jacksgirl1993 also the buttons are not adjustable, but the waist band does stretch! You get more room on the hips if you wear the skirt higher on your waist.
