Stunning black formal dress for any special occasion. Very flattering. Empire waist with ornate waist line, deep V neckline, beautiful sleeves and flattering length. Purchased at Saks but never wore due to event being canceled. Then was unable to return. Tag on the dress is to be removed by customer once worn, which I have not removed yet.
