Gorgeous Navy Blue Lace Gown!

Watters & Watters lace, navy blue gown, 3/4 length sleeve with open back. Worn once as a bridesmaid dress. Shown above on model in black(model belt not included). Fitted dress, slight flare at bottom, belt is ivory ribbon but can be worn without belt. Only sign of wear is imperceptible fraying to lace on very bottom of dress. Hem was altered to my height 5'4 with 4 inch heels.
