Gorgeous Parker Off the Shoulder Blouse Sz M NWT $228

I just love this elegant blouse by Parker Clothing. It is fully lined with adjustable straps and a ruffle trim detail. It is not exactly red but more of a burgundy color and has elastic a little above the wrist and bell sleeves. It is designed to be a looser fit. From top of strap to the bottom it measures about 24 inches and approximately 19” at the waist. Parker is known for their amazing fit and quality which can last a lifetime with the proper care.
