This is a gorgeous cocktail dress by Phase Eight. I bought it in the UK. It is a UK size 18 and hugs the body. Fits like a US 12/14. It does have some stretch. It is brand new with tags. There is an embellished netting overlayer, a middle layer of black lace, and a beautiful purple lining. Knee length. Approximately 41” from shoulder to hem. Comes from smoke free home.
