@sailormegs honestly, I would say it depends on your shoulders. I have a bigger bust w/ a small waist so the belt helps make it feel flattering and not too loose. I would think it would the same effect regardless of chest size as long as the shoulders fit. It runs true to size so if you are usually a medium, I would think it would be cute! Hope this helps - it’s always hard to guess without trying things on 😀
