Charming Charlie Brand plum colored floral dress. Semi sheer sleeves, lined skirt. Hi-low hemline. Hem split in front. Criss Cross front, v-neck. Elastic waist with tie. Elastic at cuffs as well. This dress is a dream. It's been one of my favorites for a long time. Washed gently.
