babe_inthewoods @esinedsis Thank you so much for reminding me! My mind must have been completely elsewhere-I apologize for the delay. The busy measurement is 19.5" flat and the length of the dress is 40"-but depending on where you wear the elasticized waist it may be slightly shorter. In the picture I am wearing it just below my natural waist a little ruffled up. Please let me know if I can be of any more help.
