Gorgeous Purple Dots Handkerchief Dress

These dress is truly stunning! It is so classy and delicate! I wore it once to a wedding and got tons of compliments on it! It has a handkerchief style bottom that is so pretty! There are different shades and sizes of purple dots all over the dress with a purple slip underneath! There are a few shags as shown in the last few pictures but barely noticable!
