Strapless, fit and flare BLACK minidress from Rebecca Taylor. There's a cutout polka dot pattern on the skirt portion of the dress, which is lined in black. There are support strips on sides of the top, and there's an exposed (gold tone) zipper on the back, which is stretchy with rubber inside upper back hem. Size 4.
