Gorgeous Reem Acra ivory wedding gown

Gorgeous Reem Acra strapless gown with hand stiched beading. Ivory dress has been altered and originally a bridal size 10 to a 2/4 (i will get exact measurements for serious inquiries) i had cups and a bustle added. It is in good condition and nothing a dry clean/spot clean fix(mostly inside the dress hem which is unseen) dress retails for $4500brand new before alterations. I hate selling this but in need of funds to help pay for my cats 3 week stay in the icu.
