This is such a fun piece! Can be very feminine and this is definitely a year round piece. In the winter I would throw on black tights and a cozy sweater , and would tuck half the sweater in the skirt. I really loved layering it with a black leather jacket and a big scarf for an edgier look. Then on the hotter days I'd pair it with a flowy tank and colorful statement necklace.
