dgoergs74 @wunderlust58 Hello! I’m out of town until Tuesday and will have to get back to you with the measurements. It does however have a zipper up the side and there is some stretch to it. Otherwise form fitting. I was only a size zero-1 when I wore it so I think it would fit. May need to be hemmed. I’ll be back in touch with measurements. Thanks for your patience.
