Gorgeous Shelli Segal dress, cocktail dress

This beautiful silky dress can go from work with a blazer straight to an evening event, and because it’s not fully black, can be worn to a daytime event as well with a simple change of shoe color. The shoulders are intact but the arms are open, but in a fabulous design creation, it’s stitched midway down so that you are not exposing the whole arm!
