Gorgeous Silk Blouse

I have held onto this for so long because it’s so damn dreamy but I just never have the occasion to wear it. No tag, I can’t remember where I got it but it’s 100% silk with embroidery, sequins, and ribbon tie. Fits me perfectly so I’d say it’s a size 4 and for anyone C cup and under. Light color bleeding invisible when worn (pictured—under the buttons). (Tagged Anthro but don’t know what brand)
