This is a gorgeous skirt by Tarafuluc for Zara made in Romania. The embroidery is beautiful. It is completely lined and the flat waist measurement is approximately 15” and the length is approximately 15” . It is 74% cotton 24% polyester and 2% elastase , so there is a little stretch to the fabric. Back zipper. It is in excellent unused condition. It is a large, but may fit a medium. Please check the measurements.
