Gorgeous Sparkly Prom Dress

Gorgeous blue sparkly prom dress. Outer layer is done in a blue tulle fabric with pretty silver glitter and black velvet lines scattered about. The first lining layer is a solid blue satiny fabric, with another inner layer of blue taffeta with gathered white tulle at the bottom to create a beautiful fullness to the skirt. Fitted bodice is gathered down the center front with boning placed to provide good support. Black narrow straps and a gathered blue satin waistband finishes it off.
